Bon Bon Wigs Return Policy

At Bon Bon Wigs, we want you to love your new look! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible. Please read our return policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Please include all tags and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable Items: FINAL SALE items are ineligible for return, and custom wigs are not eligible for return due to hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at sales@bonbonwigs.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We've included a convenient return shipping label with your purchase! If you decide to make a return, simply use this label, and we'll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid return label to the package. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.

Important Notes*

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
  • Exchanges: For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
